Peckham Architecture works with builders, other design firms, businesses and individuals to maximize every project’s deep green design potential. We offer planning and consulting services in addition to architectural design. As a team deeply invested in our progressive community of Columbia, Missouri, we also seek out opportunities for design charrette, an intensive, inclusive design process for community development projects.
Our 1-hour consultation includes project meeting notes, cost estimate and fee proposal for $250. Additional services are billable hourly or as a percentage of construction costs—read more about our fees here. For prospective clients and projects still in the concept phase, we also offer a no-risk Project Report.
