KMIZ TV Renovation

Columbia, Mo.

Peckham Architecture designed a multi-room renovation for the 1940s-era headquarters of KMIZ-TV in Columbia. The project includes ada accessible restrooms, new storage and Janitor’s closets, and a new staff break room.

We designed four ADa compliant, unisex restrooms To replace the two existing restrooms.

The new restrooms have LED vanity mirrors and hands-free faucets, soap dispensers and hand dryers.

we also designed a makeup area with an LED vanity mirror for on-air talent.
